Massive Update for the next 3 weeks

Okay, it is crunch time with the college. Due to said occurance updates on current life situation will be compressed within one blog post for three weeks; however, I will comment back within those weeks.

First, Forensic Psychology; I once said that I found my nitch in psychology with cognitive and then later with cognitive developmental. Well, I can still focus into that area but forensic psychology is just way cooler. I wanted cognitive developmental simply because I kinda gave up on psych being uber hard. I found something in psych I am good at simply because I had been doing it for years; but, now I found that my talents lie in law and combining law with psych you get forensic psychology. Which, in fact, is normal psychology but in a law enviornment. Anyway, it hella cool and I have a test today, a paper next monday, and a final next wed. After the test I will go shopping (addressed later) and maybe 1-2 chapters out of 4 for the final and finish reviewing 500 pages of school violence for the paper.

The next 5 days this week I will be spending at least 10 hrs a day on my research and exercising (again addressed later). Any time left will be in watching the recorded shows (which amount to about 5 hrs total this week) , paper for forensic, or added time to the research. Sunday, will be another chapter in forensic and paper; a break to game possibly (depending on how available people are to play this sunday), then a sleepless night (if it is required) to finish the paper for Monday class. upon which th elast chapter will be read and all coded to my review sheet the following tuesday. Any time left on tuesday (aside from exercise) will be on the research paper. Wed is the final after final it is no holda barred on getting research done. I must get about 130 hrs done in about 16 days though sooner is better. On top of all that are everyday worries and responsiblities. If this Sunday is bad for gaming it may be moved to the following Sunday (being the 30th).

I have started my fast today. Fresh veggies and fruit eaten raw as snacks through tthe next 2 days. Afterwards 10 or more days of nothing but liquid. Water, 2 herbal teas, 1 fruit and 1 veggie, 12 vitamins a day. After the liquid is over then it is 2 days of fresh fruit and veggies again. This detoxes to the extreme. I have done this before so no worries.

In addition, I have statred a schedule and exercise routine that will take full effect next week. This week I do the routines very slowly and very carefully, easing my body to be as active as I am trying to make it.

The combo of fast and exercise should drop a lot of fat in the next few days which is why I won't be able to donate plasma for a while. The sudden drop forces them to consider me an "at health risk" and by all rights I am. It can be a shock to the body but seeing as how I have done it before I have very little concern.

Also, a portion of this fast/diet is not entirly part of the fast per se and should be done by all who wish to drop a few pounds. Cutting out sugar drinks will help but it is barely noticable; also, never eat 3-4 hrs before going to bed. The books say 2 but maximum results is for 4 hrs. The reason is that while asleep your body shut digestion down leaving all food still left in your system to be placed in your fat stores. 4 hrs is perfect timing for food to be properly digested.

On top of all this is small arrangements to get me a job after school is out. I have a few offers already, one being the job in Korea, But due to time constriants it is being difficult. The situation that is not the companies themselves.

So there.

all questionsand comments, possible updates, will be addressed in the comments sections.

That sounds like a shitload of work to get done. I shouldn't be stressing so much over this dumb speech I have to give on Thursday. It's way less work than the stuff you need to do.

Exercising...I remember once making a New Year's resolution about that. I really need to go the gym. Maybe I'll give the speech a rest for a bit and go now. It's been a little while.

I have a question concerning the uber-easy job you have at UNO: who does one speak with about landing such a gig? I think it's about time I got myself back into the workforce.

Good luck with the diet. Sounds pretty rough to me, but that's probably because I barely eat any fruit and I sort of abhor most veggies.

I'll have to remember about the don't eat 3-4 hours before you go to bed thing...

It is a lot of work. I did it this way cause my work quailty vastly improves the more stress for time constraint. There is a limit to the stress though, to much and I shut down completely.

The exercise sounds difficult but only like 30-40 mins is hard stuff. About 1.5 hrs is yoga and low-impact pilates. This should severely reduce the stress intake I'll be feelin.

I'll talk to my supervisor about the job opening, then all you have to do is go in to the chem office and talk to the secretary (my supervisor).

Since my mom is an uber health nut, a lot of her research has rubbed off. This is a great start to any diet but it is hard at first due to temptation. However, due to my busy weeks, that should be plenty to keep my mind off of food.

A lot don't know about the 3-4 hrs and how much of a huge impact it really is when you have that midnight snack.

It appears that you are taking an extreme approach to detox-ifying your body. My mother, the nurse, says they often perscribe a 48 hour clear liquid diet to those that need a good flushing.

I have also heard the no eating less than 2 hours before bed theory. It makes good sense.

the 48 hr detox is usual. They recommend that at least 1 a month. The 2 week detox flushes everything out; kidneys, liver, colon, digestive system, blood. Not only does it clean out those areas but it also starves out the bacteria and flushing them out with everything else. They recommend a couple of enimas but I'm not really up for that :/

so what brought on this extreme detox? did you do something you are trying to get rid of?

I've been wanting to do it for a while now and since I'm getting more active due to everything else I thought I would do what I can to add a little juice to that. By the end I'll be flyin and focused more than I've been all year, which will help me in getting what I need to get done, done.
